The Dineamic Portal allows Hazel Home Care and Coastal Home Care clients to order Dineamic meals. Care Managers can also place orders on a client's behalf. Each order can be followed through to delivery.For Care Managers
Care Managers can review clients in their communities and check dietary and allergen information. They can place orders on a client's behalf and track delivery. Administrators manage access and settings.For clients
Clients sign in with their Membership ID and the password their Care Manager gave them. They can browse the menu, place their own orders and check past orders.How access works

Inactive members will no longer be able to sign in.
