Who can use the portal
The portal is for Care Managers and administrators invited by their organisation, and for clients who have been given a Membership ID and password. Please use your own sign-in only. Please keep your password private and sign out of shared devices.Placing orders
Please check the meals, delivery address and your dietary and allergy needs before submitting an order. Orders placed through the portal are covered as arranged with your home care provider. If anything appears incorrect, please inform your Care Manager before ordering. The portal supports safety checks but does not replace medical advice or your care plan.Appropriate use
Please do not attempt to view anyone else's information, bypass the portal's controls, or use the portal for any purpose other than ordering meals.Help
